| Detailed Reason (s) for cessation | Change of personal focus to spend more time on community work and professional career development. SAC Capital Private Limited, the Company's Sponsor, after having interviewed Mr Oo Cheong Kwan Kelvyn, is satisfied that other than as disclosed in this announcement, there are no other material reasons for the resignation of Mr Oo Cheong Kwan Kelvyn. The Company is in the midst of identifying a suitable candidate and will endeavour to fill the vacancy in the AC by 16 January 2021 to comply with Rule 704(7) of the Catalist Rules and the provisions set forth in the Code. Notwithstanding the above, the Company confirms that the AC is able to function effectively for the time being. |
